   Etcher, engraver, and draughtsman. A major figure in the Mannerist style, he is considered one the finest printmakers in Western art history. Mainly known for satirical caricatures. Only produced a few works with sexual themes. Reproductions: Soldier and harlot; pen drawing; Brusendorff, 1960a: p. 116 .
